LogicLogicMagic® are looking to hire an Account Director to join our mission to make B2B technology marketing more memorable. All our team possess expertise that moves audiences, so we’re looking for an Account Director who shares that DNA; thinking beyond project delivery as a means to getting something done, to delivering creative campaigns that engage and get results. Someone with strong communication skills, positivity and most importantly, a passion for delivering exceptional creative work.

 

Our clients sit on the cutting edge of the technology sector and deserve marketing that matches the potential impact of their products. This demands the best account direction, with strategic and commercial acumen being fundamental and threaded through all aspects of the role from team management and project delivery through to the building trusted client relationships, mixed with a healthy dose of fun of course.


Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ agency experience, ideally in the B2B sector. As part of our ‘expertise without the entourage’ philosophy, everyone at LogicLogicMagic® is hands-on. So, you’ll need solid project management skills for dealing with all aspects of internal and external campaign coordination from briefing, workflow, commercial and people management.

 

Relationship building is integral to the success of this role – fostering trust among clients and colleagues in order to deliver the magic we promise. A level of independence is required but you will be part of a team with direct reports as well as working closely with the Client Services Director and agency leadership.


As for the key question of salary? We’re looking around the £55k mark, alongside an industry-leading and suitably LogicLogicMagic® package of benefits. We operate a hybrid working model with an office in the Barbican, London so the ability to travel to London twice a week is critical, as well as being able to independently work remotely.
